Purpose

To effectively manage all facets in growing the business’ revenue, profit and market share within allocated Account portfolio. Whilst upholding the company values and vision.


Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop and meet annual budgets
  • Develop and implement profitable growth strategies for allocated accounts
  • Foster and encourage closer relationships with all key account personnel
  • Manage trade spend within specified trading terms
  • Present and negotiate promotional program within accounts.

About You

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and undertaking market and contribution analysis
  • Minimum of 3 years managing or selling to major accounts, FMCG or Agri experience is highly desirable
  • Tertiary Education desirable
  • Sound commercial and financial acumen
  • Proven capability to manage Trade and Promotional spends effectively
  • Strong Interpersonal and selling skills
  • Autonomous, proactive and accountable

This role is an excellent next step for a seasoned Territory Manager, State Account Manager or Field Support Manager.
