Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Rapidly growing LED lighting, solar, battery storage, PFC and energy management sales to commercial customers in the Qld market.
  2. Building the customer base in both sales value and volume.
  3. Executing and evolving the group strategy.  The input of this role will be important to future strategy development.
  4. Becoming a trusted and reliable partner to our National customers.

On consistently achieving and/or exceeding your targeted results you will have the potential to build your future career across a number of different brands within the business.  

Experience in either commercial lighting, solar or a related energy efficiency segment will be highly regarded.  In addition to this experience, the successful candidate will:

  • Have evidenced experience of sales growth through well developed 'hunting' skills.
  • Understand the importance of providing outstanding levels of customer service.
  • Possess a positive and 'can do' attitude and be prepared to 'go the extra mile' to support the business and our customers.
  • Have outstanding phone and face to face relationship management skills.
  • Be proficient with IT systems - Excel, Outlook, Office.
