Bid Writer / Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer / Coordinator in our North Sydney offices.  Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the Tender and Bid management process end to end
  • Write clear compelling and accurate Tenders EOIs / RFIs and Proposals to the highest quality standards
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meet internal and external deadlines
  • Develop supporting business materials such as templates and presentations in formats such as PowerPoint
  • Formatting editing and proofing
  • Coordinate graphics and other inputs
  • Manage and add to the existing tender library, to improve the quality and presentation of responses
  • Assist with research for tenders, including use of search tools, databases telephone, site inspections and online research as required
  • Provide support to, and form part of the Business Development team
  • Assist with internal reporting and database / CRM management
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Be highly organised
  • Have sharp attention to detail
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be commercially minded
  • Have the ability to meet tight and conflicting deadlines
  • Be experienced in influential business writing
  • Be experience with MS Office, including:
    • Word (advanced)
    • PowerPoint (intermediate/ advanced)
    • Excel (intermediate)
    • Project or Visio experience would be regarded (but not essential)
  • Experience with InDesign and other Adobe products regarded (but not essential).
