A Japanese importer and distributor of high quality boards and panels in Sydney is seeking a Sale Representative who are responsible for overall process of sales activities. Ideal candidate is able to communicate and build relationship with clients.
The key responsibilities and duties:
- Seek new business opportunity via market research, and develop market strategies
- Build relationships with new clients, as well as maintain good relationships with existing clients
- Create and manage documents related to the sales activities, such as proposals and quotations
- Handle deliveries and inventory control
- Generate sales reports and forecasts and provide them to the management
- Work closely and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Previous experience as a sales, customer service or sales coordination role in Australia is highly regarded
- Must have valid and clean driver’s licence
- Proficiency in Japanese is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Result oriented individual with passion for develop new business
- Self-motivated and capable to work autonomously
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team
- Flexibility and curiosity under new environment
