About The Opportunity 

The Moreton Hire Group is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their sales team in Brisbane. Your focus will be to bring in and manage clients and contribute to the overall national growth of the business.

On top of building your own portfolio, the role will include the management of existing client relationships. The new Key Account Manager must be willing to hit the ground running. At a minimum, the AM will be responsible for the following areas:

• Managing a key client portfolio within our client mix of corporate, designers and architects
• Successfully managing client relationships to ensure we remain the supplier of choice
• Actively identifying further business opportunities with existing clients
• Actively identifying new business opportunities with potential clients
• Ensuring sales margins/targets are met
• Liaising with key internal and external parties to ensure all orders have seamless delivery
• Develop and deliver favourable outcomes for corporate clients
• Providing customer support in terms of sourcing, pricing, design and assisting in concept development

Your Experience

• University Degree Completed
• Minimum of 3 years in the workforce, ideally in a similar position
• Industry experience is not critical but preferred
• An interest in interiors, furniture and design is beneficial but not mandatory
• A people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Confident and passionate about building professional client relationships
• Exceptional communication skills and people management capabilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Career driven and self-motivated employee
• Results driven & no excuses attitude
• Be ready to apply and take on a new, dynamic role
• Driver’s license & permanent residency or ability to work in Australia
