Peppermint Recruitment is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join an impressive Marketing Agency specialising in Retirement Living, for a 12 month contract.
Our client provides a range of sales and marketing services to their clients including development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, sales leadership, plus a range of advisory services to enhance awareness, demand, sales rates and occupancy across a range of seniors living offerings.
My client is looking for an enthusiastic professional with experience in sales (preferably with some experience in the seniors living sector) with a passion for supporting clients in the achievement of their business and sales objectives.
Accountabilities:
- Developing and implementing promotional activities within agreed budgets.
- Develop briefs and liaise with the creative team in the development of creative campaign ideas and promotional themes to achieve sales.
- Lead management with a view to achieving sales and holding through to settlement (Including effective database use).
- Achieve sales targets.
- Identification of lead generation opportunities.
- Community engagement and presentations.
- Reporting – e.g. weekly report, monthly update on results, opportunities and challenges.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
Skills required:
- Highly developed planning, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Capacity for initiative, self-management, decision-making, and team building
- Current real estate licence
- Ability to generate leads and nurture retirement living leads to achieve sales
- Effective community engagement skills
- Driven by sales targets
- Good computer skills: Powerpoint, CRMs, Excel, Word and ability to write reports.
- Effective written and verbal reporting and communication skills
- Key stakeholder networking capability
- Experience in retirement living and/or aged care sales or marketing would be an advantage.
- Innovative and an ability to think laterally
- Holds drivers licence and have own car
- Strategic ability – with focus on building support for the strategy.
