About the Role:

Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager this position will be responsible for providing the worlds-best service in delivering Freedom Aged Care products and services through a customer focused multi-channelled environment. You will be part of an industry leading sales organisation, providing up to date information to prospective residents and their families regarding Freedom Aged Care and the solutions that we can offer them. You will be an individual model of sales professionalism.  

In addition, you will build and improve awareness of Freedom Aged Care within the health care industry. This will entail the establishment of effective formal and informal networks for the purpose of providing education and training in relation to the Freedom model of care

Minimum role requirement:

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Accuracy with calculations and figures and attention to detail;
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • Experience with a Sales database (ideal);
  • A sound working knowledge of a CRM database and drip feed campaigns designed to enhance the customer experience and knowledge of our business;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide prospective residents with an exceptional sales/service experience;
  • Demonstrated passion to work in a high achievement, sales focused team;
  • Ability to engage members in conversations that build an understanding of their needs;
  • Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of products and services;
  • Proven ability to gather information utilising available technology and resources;
  • Demonstrated desire to be part of a growing business that is looking to make a difference to way aged care is delivered in Australia;
  • Formal qualification relevant to services and sales industries;
  • Certificate III in aged care or community services;
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, especially to the elderly;
  • Passionate about exceeding personal and team targets.
