Key Account Manager- Vehicle Logistics
CEVA Logistics has an opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Truganina.
The purpose of this role is to act as the key management interface with the customer(s) and to manage the relationship between CEVA LOGISTICS and designated customers.
The Key Account Manager works collaboratively with customers to:
- Ensure satisfaction with our service delivery
- Provide point of escalation on service failures
- Build solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ requirements.
Key Responsibilities;
- Overall accountability for the reporting of monthly KPI’s to nominated customers
- Working with Vehicle Logistics ops teams to ensure communications are optimised and OTD targets met
- Arrange and participate in monthly meetings
- Meet 100% contract retention target and contract negotiations
- Service issue escalation point
- Manage the day to day activities of account coordinator(s)allocated to designated accounts
- Responsible for the development of designated relations (subject to change as are the Key Customers)
- Take on responsibility for designated BD projects as and when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience;
- Minimum 5+ years of related work or industry experience preferable in the automotive/transport industry
- Tertiary qualification (supply chain discipline)
- Experience leading and managing a complex accounts
- Experience in achieving delivery of targets
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organisation, presentation and negotiating skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-national and diverse backgrounds.
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
