Belbaker Bus Charter is one of Brisbane's premium bus operators with a fleet of over 65 vehicles and growing. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
An exciting opportunity has become available due to recent growth to join our Business Development and Client Relations team in the position of Client Services Associate. This position is part of the team responsible for the sales & marketing and customer relationship of contracted and chartered bus operations.
The person we are looking for must possess:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A confident telephone manner
- A positive attitude
- Strong Administration Skills
- The ability to create new and maintain existing, client relationships
- A willingness to learn all aspects of the role and to assist other areas of the business when required
- The ability to work within a team and follow procedure when required
This role combines a strong administration component, with coordinating sales and customer relationship. You must have very good numerical skills, sound written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt to change. You should also have an intermediate or advanced MS Excel proficiency.
