Role

As the Portfolio Account Manager NSW with Vita Enterprise Solutions (VES), you will manage a portfolio of existing Premier and Enterprise Telstra Business accounts across all industry verticals. You will be tasked with delivering measurable commercial outcomes for all parties, including GP and recurring revenue objectives.  

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop a portfolio of existing customers
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across an extended sales-cycle
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Actively seek out industry information to provide a rich and engaging customer experience
  • Uncover detailed knowledge of the customers’ business practices and systems, and how these align to the customer’s long-term objectives and strategy. Use this information to recommend appropriate technology solutions
  • Work collaboratively with a team of specialists (Business & Systems Analysts, Solutions Architects, and Project Managers) to build solutions and proposals that create tangible value to address and remediate customer issues
  • Develop and maintain business plans to ensure overall business success and profitability
  • Manage your time between meeting with customers, internal meetings, researching industry information, preparing solutions briefs and managing the customer lifecycle

About you          

  • Significant experience managing accounts and developing business with a portfolio of Government and Enterprise customers within ICT
  • Bachelor of Business, IT, Marketing or similar
  • Ability to articulate return on investment for Government and Enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IoT, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, software-defined networking, Voice and Data
  • Ability to negotiate commercial agreements
  • Success building and maintaining a healthy pipeline across extended sales-cycles
  • Professional and engaging communication and presentation skills
  • Sales certifications in Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft. or HP
