What you will be doing:
You will be instrumental in the growth of the company and your primary focus will be to research materials and liaise with suppliers to negotiate the best deals and supplier agreements. You will be responsible for creating proposals and tenders offers for a variety of new builds.
Who you will be doing it for:
Work for a local Gold Coast luxury builder with a young dynamic team they provide a custom end-to-end experience for their clients, building new homes, commercial fit-outs and renovations.
What you must have to apply for this role:
- Experience working in the building and construction industry
- Previous estimating experience
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Great at building lasting business relationships
- Great eye for detail
