The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the face of Coca Cola Amatil within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. Out on the road for most of each day, you'll be visiting your customers on a regular call cycle and driving growth within each store.
You will be looking after our Immediate Consumption channel within the Inner North West of Melbourne territory.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Visiting your customers on a regular call cycle to help drive growth and maximise opportunity for the customer and the business
- Developing strong customer engagement through a collaborative approach
- Conducting regular business reviews and customer resolutions in store and reviewing outlet execution measures including range, share and activations
- Develop and execute promotional plans with customers, ensuring adherence to compliance
- Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, & local market characteristics through various reporting mechanisms
What does success look like?
Prior sales experience within a corporate retail environment and an understanding of the FMCG industry would be hight regarded. You are an energetic and outgoing individual, you strive in an environment that involves customer interaction and you truly are a people person.
You are tech savvy and can navigate your way through different applications easily. You will have strong planning and organisational skills, this will allow you to plan customer visits effectively and achieve optimum results.
