With offices all over the world and decade’s worth of experience they are looking to extend and cement their position in the Australian market. Therefore they are looking for an accomplished Account Director to join their head office in Sydney.
Reporting to the Head of Sales you will lead a team of Account Managers who primary objective is to retain and seek further growth in existing clients. You will achieve this by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and ensuring internal stakeholders are able to deliver to customers’ expectations.
It is an innovative software product that is utilized by HR professionals, so previous experience of selling to this client base would be advantageous, but not essential. You will be a natural leader and accustomed to dealing with large corporate organisations.
You will be commercially astute and be able to guide your team to up and cross sell to help achieve the overall sales target.
