An exciting opportunity has emerged for a strong commercial and people focused leader to grow and develop our PPG Refinish sales team base in Brisbane QLD.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position is responsible for managing all aspects of the state’s business strategy; from people development through to executing growth of market share both directly and through distribution. With a core focus on building a positive, competitive culture, and through ascertaining successful business investments, you will lead a team of approx. 20 to achieve successful business outcomes.
About You
You will have a managed a successful team selling business to business, managing distribution and all of this in a highly competitive environment then we would like to hear from you.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven experience in leading and developing a team;

Ability to drive a high performance results focused culture through strategy;

Demonstrated strong commercial and financial acumen;

Ability to coordinate, motivate and achieve sales and profit targets;

Possess the agility and customer orientation to negotiate positive outcomes with customers and distributors.
