About the role
We are currently looking for an Area Manager to join our Business team based in our support office in North Rocks. In this newly created role you will lead and coach a team of 7 covering the CBD central and South Sydney territories. This is the perfect time to join our Business team as we have a strong and exciting growth plan moving forward and you don't want to miss this opportunity.
About you
- Previous experience in in managing a sales team within the B2B environment
- Solid experience in leading, coaching and developing a B2B sales team
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build internal and external relationships
- Knowledge and skills to deliver performance on budget
- Strategic and analytical thinker
