The Candidate
To be successful you must have the following;
- Extensive knowledge of CRICOS recruitment processes & strategies
- Be an engager and champion of student migration - forging and managing incredible relationships with agent partners and prospects.
- Be able to market education to both domestic and overseas students
- Knowledge of Australian Visa & Migration Requirements
- Experience in arranging social and cultural programs for students
- Experience in growing student population and opportunities
- Energetic with a bubbly personality

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This role involves both face-to-face and phone activities in the development of relationships with student agents and markets in order to increase New Horizon's Student Engagement.
You will be responsible for;
- Engaging and building relationships with Education agents
- Maintaining a positive relationship with Australian Migration Regulators
- Providing advice regarding Visa Migration requirements
- Liaising with the Marketing team for promotional opportunities
- Maintaining a solid opportunity pipeline for continual student growth
