ABOUT THE ROLE
In this brand new role and team, you will be reporting to the Director of the Asia Pacific Sales Centre, responsible for driving a disciplined application of our three-phase Relationship Based Sales (RBS) Process. This is an exciting opportunity to get on board of the early stages and help shape the team and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for sales work process on selective pursuits to win work for the Company
• Collaborate with broader sales and operational leads to develop value propositions that enhance competitive position
• Leverage global network to identify and present unique capabilities and resources
• Develop and achieve strategic sales deliverables through your multidiscipline team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Substantial experience in a similar role, selling services based solutions
• Proposal/ bid management experience
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant job experience
• Strong capability in Microsoft Office suite and proficiency in database applications
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship building skills

ELEGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Australian Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance
