ABOUT THE ROLE
In this brand new role and team, you will be responsible for coordinating research and analysis, sales material development, opportunity response and knowledge management. This is an exciting opportunity to get on board in the early stages of a new team and help shape your role and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and analysis including conducting client, competitor and market research and collaborating with the designated core client sponsorship team
• Sales material development including preparing written and graphical elements of sales opportunity response documents, interacting with operations personnel to support development of sales material, and proofing and editing technical and non-technical documents for consistency
• Opportunity response co-ordination including working with designated response team members to develop opportunity response plans, organising and participating in response-related meetings; and coordinating production of response documents
• Knowledge management including promoting the use of proposal collaboration tool managing content, updating/maintaining additional sales qualification and reference materials

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Substantial experience in a similar role preferably with proposal/ bid coordination exposure.
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant job experience
• Strong capability in Microsoft Office suite and proficiency in database applications
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship building skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance
