About the role:

We are growing fast and seeking an experienced sales person to grow our memberships. This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly personable and really thrives on being front facing and connecting with people. They will join a passionate and supportive team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development Strategy based in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Work towards/maintain 100% occupancy by closing booked tours
  • Grow our virtual memberships by closing inbound enquiries
  • Work with the GM and HBDS on maximising our marketing channels
  • Manage key relationships with referral partners and brokers
  • Nurturing leads and documenting the sales funnel for each lead in our CRM
  • Work closely with the Head of Chambers and Client Services team to host and manage regular community events
  • Attend networking events to promote Clarence and identify potential members
  • Spreading the value and benefits of membership via social media activities, networking and contributing to our blog
  • Cultivating referrals from within our community

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3 + years experience in sales
  • The ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Hands on approach with desire to help your fellow team members when needed
  • Genuine and honest disposition


Performance Indicators:

  • Reaching occupancy targets
  • Reaching targets for new memberships
  • Providing an overall outstanding experience for potential members
