We are looking for a motivated Customer Education Associate (CEA) to join our energetic sales team. The role of the CEA is to facilitate pre-planned events at the premises of existing Maxxia clients. Our CEA's purpose is to generate sales opportunities through referrals, while maximising Maxxia brand awareness and educating our customers on the benefits of Salary Packaging.
 
The CEA will also be responsible for conducting onsite educational activities.  Typically these activities will include group presentations, one on one consultations and promotion activities in the client workplace. A laptop, mobile phone and fully maintained company vehicle will be provided.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales and customer services experience that is looking to move into a field based role, and progress their career.
 
What you will bring to the role:

• Demonstrated capability to engage customers from various backgrounds and levels.
• Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to translate product knowledge into easily understood concepts.
• Proven ability to deliver energetic presentations to engage the customer.
• High level of time management skills to effectively manage schedules and appointments.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a larger team, whilst remaining motivated to achieve results autonomously.
