We are currently seeking people from a range of industry backgrounds to work with employers and groups of candidates.
These sought after roles will allow you to utilise your skills gained in a sales environment, link them to your leadership skills and kick-start your career in the recruitment industry.
Full training is provided and you will be working with a broad spectrum of employers to meet their recruitment needs.
About the role:
- Working with groups of candidates to achieve employment goals
- Contacting employers for vacancies and reverse marketing candidates
- Organising employment, work trials and interviews
- Building employer networks across a range of industries
About you:
- Highly motivated and sales driven
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Have the capability to lead groups
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
