With major growth plans in Australia, they are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join their vibrant team in Melbourne. With an executive team that knows this market inside out there is the opportunity to learn from the best within the Trading Sector.


You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and demonstrate successful sales team performance.


Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 

• Driving a successful culture within your team
• Achieving and exceeding team targets
• Managing, growing and developing your team

You will have:
 

• Experience as Team Leader in a B2C environment
• High energy success based approach
• Managed 6-8 people in an outbound sales environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience training and developing staff
