We are currently on the look out for an experienced luxury Sales Associate to join our Collins Street flagship boutique; the first boutique in Australia to hold the Brand's Ready to Wear range. In a team of 11 employees, the ideal candidate will be someone who has extensive customer service experience as well as success in working towards targets and KPI's, and most importantly has a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include:
Sales and Customer Management
- Working with your team to achieve business objectives, and supporting Boutique Management in implementing activities and strategic projects
- Keeping in communication with Head Office and Corporate functions as and when required (e.g. Brand Manager, Inventory, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Training)
- Demonstrating exellence in sales and clientelling
- Assisting Brand Manager and Boutique Management to develop and implement CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network for the store
- Ensuring service excellence in boutique
Store Image Management
- Ensuring correct interpretation and implementation of visual merchandising guide lines, keeping up to date on these, and ensuring that best seller products are displayed, through a close cooperation with the Merchandising and Visual Display teams
Store Operations Management
- Supporting the store or boutique to be economically and operationally effective, in compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Assisting with Stock Management and ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy, in line with corporate policies and procedures
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a luxury, hospitality or customer service related role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Emotional intelligence and a positive, optimistic outook
- Immaculate presentation
- A strong eye for detail
- The ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Independent and assertive with strong decision making skills
- The availability to work full time over a 7 day rotating roster
- The flexibility to work boutique trading hours as required
- Passionate in growing a career within the luxury fashion industry
