Steadyrack is a Western Australian based business manufacturing and distributing our own patented bicycle storage solution globally. Our products have revolutionised the bike storage sector and have broad application across personal storage and commercial storage markets. They are unilaterally acclaimed by industry and customers alike and recognised as the pre-eminent storage solution in the market. They are sold in a variety of retail environments and by some of the world's largest retailers and e-commerce sites as well as being the preferred solution of architects, building managers and owners globally. Cycling participation is growing rapidly worldwide as people and governments grapple with traffic congestion which means escalating demand for space efficient user-friendly storage and as market leaders represents enormous future potential for our business.

We have achieved significant national and international growth to date and the opportunity exists to take advantage of this rapidly growing category.

Based in Perth, this position is assisting the CEO and Founder in all aspects of sales and account management. The key function of the role is to research potential targets for the product both nationally and internationally, and where appropriate, work with our agents, distributors and/or directly with commercial customers to secure sales and service those distribution channels.

To be considered for this extremely exciting and challenging role you must be able to demonstrate:

A strong record of research and sales prospecting;

A proven track record in sales including servicing distributors and retailers and growing major customers and distribution outlets;

Excellent people and communication skills both oral and written;

Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally and work to international time zones as required;

The ability to work effectively within a small focused team environment;

Knowledge of and experience in the cycling and/or the storage industry, and/or fast moving consumer goods, whilst not essential, would be an advantage.

An attractive remuneration package based on the level of experience and expertise will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
