A Successful flooring retailer in Australia with a new Window Covering division is now looking for someone to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance. Great company with a strong brand and presence, who incorporates a leading and development culture to enhance your sales skills within the industry.
 
As a Sales Manager you will be predominantly field based working alongside your team in increasing sales of exciting Window Covering products.

 
Key Responsibilities  

• Drive sales throughout the network of retail stores
• Comply with sales budgets and targets by managing a sales and customer service driven team
• Create and maintain a dynamic, energized and positive working environment
• Recruit people that enhance the company culture and support a positive teamwork ethic 
• Mentor exceptional sales capability in your team 
• Reporting to the General Manager
