The Role

As an Adventure World Latin America Specialist, you will be an integral part of the reservations team providing expert product and destination knowledge to our travel agent network. Through your superior written and verbal communication skills you will be able to easily build lasting, high quality rapport with agents, customers and Adventure World team members as reflected by high sales conversion rates and repeat business.

Your proactive skills will be highlighted by your tenacious follow-up of all quotes and options as per procedure therefore ensuring superior, personalised supplier and customer experience at all times. This is imperative to Adventure World’s business positioning and reputation. Your sense of team membership is evident by your proactive support for their bookings and adherence to all expected service and quality standards at all times.

The Candidate

Destination knowledge of Latin America is essential, whilst a background as a travel agent or wholesale consultant would be highly advantageous.
