Delta Electrical Distributors are an innovative wholesaler that services the industrial and commercial sector with exclusive products and solutions to our customer base. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Company Representative to join our regional branch located in Shepparton.
The role is to provide continued support to our existing accounts and to ascertain growth by greater opportunity within those existing accounts, and by establishing new business opportunities or accounts.
Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer appointments and call cycle management
- Maintaining customer details and databases
- Product demonstrations and low level application support
- Taking and forwarding on customer transactions and or requests
- Maintaining and strengthening the customer and company relationships
- Seek and establish new business with new and existing accounts
- Extend and bond the relationship between the customer and your internal team
What you will need to succeed:
- Clear, confident, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Australian Drivers Licence and responsible driving history
- Dedication to detail
- The natural ability to self-manage and be self-disciplined
- A solution focused mindset
- A rounded personality that can adapt to many social requirements
- Strong knowledge or understanding in the Electrical and or Automation industry
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads
- Team player with a positive can do attitude
- Professional work ethic and orientation
The successful applicant will receive a fully maintained vehicle and mobile phone. Salary and Bonus structure will be negotiated from relevant experience and qualifications, applicable to our business.
