About the role
We are currently accepting expressions of interest for an energetic and results driven Site Based - Parts Sales Supervisor to join our Lake Cowal Warehouse team.
Reporting to the Wagga Wagga Branch Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Lead a team to efficiently interpret and sell spare parts;
- Develop marketing opportunities to grow the WesTrac brand;
- Assist our customers in maintaining operational KPI’s;
- Ensure daily operations are efficient, effective and exceed customer expectations.
Applicants will be required to work either a 7 on 7 off or 5 on 2 off roster.
What we're looking for
As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills:
- Supervisory Experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrate extensive mechanical knowledge of Caterpillar products;
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload to meet KPI's & targets;
- Demonstrated ability to market products, services using business strategies;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Ability to use computer to intermediate level;
- Ability to build rapport and liaise with people on all levels of an organisation.
