On behalf of our valued client, Findstaff are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to commence in an ongoing retail customer service and sales role in a busy bakery/café environment in the northern suburbs of Hobart.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role delivering outstanding customer service with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships resulting in repeat business.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Building a strong team through improved culture and training
- Strong sales focus with a view to increase customer numbers, dollar spend and improved customer retention through relationships
Excellent advanced barista skills would be an advantage.
7 day roster including minimum one weekend day, with hours ranging from 6am - 6.30pm.
A salary package with bonuses will be offered for the right person.
