Our client is a Global Leader in cutting edge Parking Technology Products and Solutions. Continuing to grow their market share in ANZ they are now seeking an exceptional BDM who understands what success looks like in a competitive market. With over 30 Branches around the world and their own production plant in Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business operating for over 50 years.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets through promoting the company's product range and developing relationships with existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and co-ordinating the development of existing and new clients
  • Develop strategies for new products and new markets to grow the company’s sales
  • Assist in the development of niche and new market opportunities
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for targeted projects 
  • Promote and quote for Preventative Maintenance programs
  • Manage required sales administration and reporting functions including CRM data, weekly reporting, quotation logs, forecasting and status updates

You Will Bring

  • A proven sales track record in a technical sales product and / or solutions role, preferably within the Parking Industry
  • Presentation and  Negotiation Skills
  • A strong desire to develop a genuine partnership with end-users exceeding their expectations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Marketing or other relevant discipline.
