This is an excellent newly created role for an experienced Customer Service/Internal Sales Officer with some previous experience and knowledge of packaging products.

The successful candidate will possess similar core values and have strong computer skills and excellent communication.
You will process emailed, faxed and verbal phone orders and support the sales team with data input and telemarketing.
You will do outbound phone sales and upsell and cross sell at all opportunities.
