Company Description

One of Australia’s most exciting hospitality service providers is looking to further continue its fantastic growth by hiring an Account Manager to join the already successful sales team in Melbourne.

Backed by a well-structured business model and an enormous amount of funding our client is looking to recruit a passionate, tech savvy Account Manager who has a genuine interest in the hospitality sector.

Industry leading training and development will be offered to all employees as this is a company looking to invest in its staff for the long term.

You will be amongst great company and will be tasked with further developing the Melbourne market.

The Role:

  • Account Managing existing portfolio and On-boarding / Training New Customers and their staff

  • 5 client visits per day with restaurants, café’s, clubs and bars across Melbourne

  • Up-selling and cross selling new products and offerings

  • Weekly sales meetings with your Manager

  • Map out competitor companies and methods to sell against

  • Negotiating trading terms

The Candidate:

Ideally you will have a hospitality background, having managed or owned your own restaurant or venue and are now looking to get out and about and pass on your wisdom to other restaurateurs OR you are currently an energetic, engaging and hands on Account Manager selling food, beverages, daily deals or technology products into the Hospitality market and looking for a new challenge for the new financial year.

A strong work ethic and passion for new and emerging technologies will give you the necessary tools to succeed along with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

50% of your role will be to on-board and train new Restaurants on the products so you will need to be confident in interacting and engaging with a diverse range of people.
