JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of Business Development Manager team in Australia, you will be in charge of prospecting, cold calling, presenting and closing deals.
This is an autonomous role. You will develop new, strong and long lasting clients to complete your portfolio and drive client success.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5years' experience in a Business Development role
- Ability to bring market and leading practice insights
- Driving performance through new client prospecting
- High level of presentation and communication skills
- Working autonomously or in a team
- Ambitious, forward thinking and sharp mentality
- Ability to communicate and influence at senior business levels
- Proven sales track record – meeting & exceeding annual sales targets
- Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call
SALARY PACKAGE
$100k-$130K Base + $250 OTE + super exciting perks
