Original Equipment Sales Executive:

Australian Tyre Traders are looking to continue to expand our footprint across Australia. We are looking for a competitive, engaging and high achieving Sales Professional to help us continue to build our Original Equipment business activities across the Agricultural and Commercial Truck and Bus tyre and wheel markets.

Based in Geelong in a challenging and rewarding role, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and managing an exceptional existing client base.

About you:

Reporting to the National OEM Manager, this is a full time permanent role. Your potential and existing client base will extend interstate.   As a sales professional, you understand the importance of developing and nurturing sustainable relationships.

You don't necessarily require years of experience in tyres and wheels, what you will bring is proven business to business experience in the transport industry. A proven track record in developing and managing your customer base, the ability to network, the capacity to engage and work effectively within a talented team will underscore your business experience to date.

Your abilities will include (but aren't limited to):

Sales: Competitive, engaging and high achieving.

We want you to grow the brands, provide solutions and become an expert in your field. You will be ethical and understand the importance of long term, loyal and mutually rewarding relationships.

As the OE Sales and Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for your clients. You will enjoy negotiating the needs of your customers as well as the needs of the business.

Deliver outcomes and act as a focal point for our brands.

Travel:

The Sales Executive role will be based from our Geelong office. 

You will want to ensure that you have work life balance so by adopting a planned call cycle you should be away from home no more than 6 to 8 nights per month.

Administration:

To ensure that our team have every opportunity to shine part of your role will be to report on your weekly, monthly and quarterly activity.

The plan isn't just to tick the boxes for your KPIs. It will genuinely assist you to work effectively within a team dedicated to strategy, coaching and shared goals.

Essential Experience & Knowledge:

• History of business to business sales with a track record that identifies you as a high achiever.
• Effective negotiation and follow up skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Power point skills
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
