JOB DESCRIPTION

• From the initial on boarding stage you will assist clients throughout their lifecycle ensuring at all times that you are driving business value for customers.
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
• Understand clients' business challenges/needs and advise on how they can leverage solution to achieve objectives
• Establish success plans across your portfolio and measure the success of these.
• Proactively work with internal teams and Sales to manage client communications, responding promptly to questions, concerns and requests.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Track record of success in managing complex, enterprise accounts

• Have strong communication and organisation skills
• Superb relationship building skills
• Able to thrive in a fast growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Superior written & verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Previous management of key account within telco, finance, recruitment, business services

SALARY PACKAGE

$90-$110k Base+ Super + Bonus
