The Company Itself:
A well-established building company, with a number of display homes already open, are looking to further expand their team, with the addition of sales consultants who possess display home sales experience and can manage new display home centers. This would be a great company for a sales driven person with a knack for personalized service.
  
What will you be doing in this role: 
As the New Home Sales Consultant, you will be meeting and greeting all the customers that walk in the doors and following the processes to sell land and house packages. You will be motivated to achieve monthly targets and you will be assisting with redesigns and price adjustments according to estimators, all whilst providing a high level of customer service.
In this role you will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
You will be expected to bring a high level of communication to the role and also possess the ability to hit the ground running.
  
What you must have to apply for this position:

• At least 2 years’ experience in land and house packages
• Experience in contracts and tenders
• Knowledge & experience in building plans and drawings
• Knowledge & experience of council regulations
• Must work weekends, 2 days off during the week, public holidays off
• Drive and ability to succeed
