The Company
This major Sydney home builder is offering a role to be the face of the company. At the hub of the display centre, this is a long term role with a major company.
The role is working 5 days per week, including both days of the weekend. You would have Tuesday & Wednesday off each week

The Role
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager, with many years in the construction field together, he was a top sales person in the industry in his time. He has excellent industry knowledge, and will guide and support you as much as you need.
The new role will involve:
- Greet customers as they enter the display home, make them feel welcome
- Capture leads, answer any questions they have
- Enquire the nature of their visit, and direct leads to the Sales Person
- Manage and follow up enquires with customers and visitors on new homes
- Follow-up sales process activities including system set up of job and requests for site inspections
- Guide all customers to give an understanding of the display homes
- Assist sales consultants with office administration and support
- Keep the display home tidy, setting up the home each day and closing down at 5pm.
What you need
You will ideally have the following criteria:
- Previous experience in sales or target driven roles
- Residential or Real Estate experience is favourable
- Reliability, honesty and integrity
- Enjoy talking to people
- Excellent presentation and professional attitude
- Competency with computer skills - Microsoft office etc
