NSW Sales Manager / BDM

Smart Cleaning Solutions is a family owned national organisation with increasing representation across Australia. Partnering with both major and SME clientele across various industries, our unique structure has paved the way for our NSW operations to require the contribution and leadership of a results orientated and high-energy  / BDM.

The role & the ideal candidate

This strategic role requires a genuine influencer and effective communicator who is also a team player - who is motivated to join a tight-knit team in which culture, support, hard work and celebration are entwined.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in solution based, B2B sales and the ability to generate and maintain rapport with prospective clients. You will enjoy the thrill of the chase, love prospecting and closing the deal.   Importantly, success within such a highly competitive market requires a responsible and analytical mindset and the utilising of suitable strategy in your prospecting.

You will require highly developed verbal & written communication skills and likely come from a background in consumer-based environments such as hospitality, childcare or retail.

You’ll be under the guidance and direction of the National Sales Manager and you will travel to Melbourne monthly to participate in our team based training program and meetings.

On a day-to-day basis the role is essentially autonomous and will allow you to utilise your home as your base for the majority of the time.

What you’ll receive in return

In return, the successful individual will receive:

• A full time base salary of $80,000+ superannuation

• A generous and very achievable, uncapped commission structure

• A car allowance of $15,000 annually

• A mobile phone

• A laptop
