To support our vision of growth, Kolder have an opportunity for a Sales Representative/ Site Measurer to join our team. This position reports to the Group General Manager for Sales.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Measuring and estimating glass and timber products, including shower screens, vanity mirrors, kitchen splashbacks and built in wardrobes
• To have an excellent product knowledge and practical skill (including measuring) in all aspects of the entire Kolder product range
• Achieve required targets set by Management
• Provide Market Intel and feedback
• Create and reinforce relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain a high customer service focus

To be considered for the role you will possess the following:

• Experience in a similar role within the building industry
• Communicate and behave in a manner applicable to the organisational requirements
• Adhere and to safety requirements in line with legislation
• Ability to use Microsoft office, Excel and Word.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets with minimal supervision
• A strong team work ethic with a willingness to meet customer needs
• Be well organized, accurate with precise attention to detail
• Have a reliable car and driver's licence.

Candidates must be confident and assertive, be excellent communicators, possess a good eye for detail and be well organised.

All successful candidates will have to undertake a health assessment as well as drug and alcohol screening.
