ABOUT BEPOZ

Bepoz is Australia’s leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems for the hospitality industry. As we expand our presence in Asia Pacific, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales talent that will be both a brand evangelist for Bepoz as well as a true hunter of sales opportunities.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Responsible for developing new accounts to ensure business growth.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Hospitality Industry
  • Independently seeks out potential opportunities, new markets and target customers including cold calls to increase sales and profits
  • Understands customer business drivers and use solution selling to develop superior customer value propositions
  • Responsible for delivering on a quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Use your existing network to grow the brands’ presence 
  • Attend industry events to grow and nurture your network with the view to winning more sites
  • Follow up leads that are generated by marketing
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Represent the company at trade shows
  • Report to the national sales manager
  • Occasional work outside of normal working hours and overnight stays or travel outside of Sydney (due to the nature of the business)


DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of relevant IT/Hospitality sales experience, preferably within Hospitality/Food Service Industry
  • Strong understanding of the Club market
  • Strong sales acumen and a understanding of profit/loss concepts
  • Deep customer focus with a proven capability of building strong relationships (internal as well as external)
  • Strong network of industry contacts
  • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present to various audience types.
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
