THE ROLE

Reporting to our Head of Client Care, you will be responsible for client retention and organic revenue maximisation through your account base.

Your duties will include:   

  • Building strong, meaningful business relationships with the key stakeholders within your accounts - Become their trusted advisor and their advocate within our business.
  • Regular onsite/over the phone engagements with key stakeholders, facilitating outcomes to the following scenarios by leveraging the appropriate technology team resources as needed: -
    • New business technology-based needs or challenges
    • Existing business technology-based needs or challenges
    • Project delivery issues
    • General service delivery issues
    • Billing queries
  • Maximising organic account revenue by: -
    • Assisting the in the formulation of an annual IT roadmap for your client base by identifying and relaying the client’s critical business objectives and challenges to the assigned Virtual IT Manager/Technology Consultant.
    • Driving the progression of the annual IT roadmap by regularly revisiting the roadmap with the client on a quarterly basis.
    • Working with the nominated Virtual IT Manager & Service Delivery Manager to ensure effective lifecycle management of items which fall under the guise of our engagement with the client (Hardware/Warranties, Software/Licensing, Contracts, etc).
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities throughout your accounts base by completing and reporting on an annual cross-sell gap analysis.
  • Regularly update and track all potential project/revenue opportunities via Sales Force.
  • Attending/assisting with Quarterly Service Delivery Meetings (Facilitated by our SDM).
  • Continually striving to create and deliver an amazing customer experience by adhering to R&G’s vision and core values.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3+ years in a similar role within the technology vertical – MSP experience preferred.
  • Open driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle.
