About the business and the role
By having a solid background in telecommunication sales, our ideal candidate has the ability to develop and deliver sales strategies that generate new business opportunities, while increasing market share. You will have a proven success on meeting targets and ensuring a healthy pipeline as well as an excellent ability to build strong rapport with customers.
You must be able to work individually as well as be part of a team, and ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience in telecommunication sales. You will be familiar with managing a pipeline, meeting set KPI's and sales targets.
A passion for mobiles and technology is essential. We are looking for solutions orientated mindset to deliver tailored options that meet our customer's needs.
With a specific focus on the development, implementation and improvement of a strategic plan to acquire and retain market share across all products including mobile voice and data, fixed wire - voice, broadband and data within the Small to Medium business sector – WOB
Job tasks and responsibilities
• Achieving or exceeding monthly targets set against the portfolio for Mobile acquisition.
• Development, implementation and improvement of strategies to support the acquisition of small business customers.
• Performance against KPI's and weekly objectives
• Adherence to Vodafone sales processes, procedures and values
Skills and experience
Key to your success in this role will be the development of a strong, compliant and effective relationship with each customer and potential client.
