Our client is a leading Residential Builder with one of the most established brands in the market. As a preferred builder they provide affordable single and two storey homes as well as catering to first home buyers, never comprising on quality they pride themselves on clear communication and customer experience as a first priority setting them apart from other Residential Builders in the market.
  
Having placed one person who has hit the ground running we are now looking for another addition to the team. This role will be based in one of their established Display Homes in the Southern Corridor. They are offering extensive full training and an induction program in an incredibly supportive environment. 
  
You will be proficient in the following:

• Proven sales record in New Homes, Residential or Land Sales
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Full Drivers License
• Competent Computer skills
• A natural communicator who is excellent at building relationships

You will be a natural communicator with strong negotiation skills, balanced by ability to read people and build trust. Professional presentation is essential, as is strong work ethic and desire to achieve. You must have a valid drivers license and reliable car to allow travel to site.
