A unique position is available for a self driven and strategic individual looking for an opportunity in which their career can be taken to new heights. Based in Western Sydney, our preferred client is an Australian owned and privately run business which has been in successful operation for over 20 years, employing over 500 people company wide. 

We are looking for an experienced individual who has had proven success in the following impulse + convenience channels : 

  • Petrol & Convenience

  • Quick Service Restaurants

  • Food Service

  • Education

  • Selected Distributor Partners

In addition can successfully execute the following responsibilities : 

  • Develop strong functional relationships with all relevant Account Contacts.
  • Execute all Account relevant marketing initiatives

  • Develop and execute Sales Strategies and Initiatives to achieve the annual targets for designated accounts.

  • Interaction with State Managers, State Key Account Managers & Field Teams.

  • Sales and Market Share results for designated accounts.

  • Management of Trade Spend & Trading Terms for designated accounts.

  • Development and execution of strategies to drive growth in key National accounts & generation of new activity within customers to increase sales & market share.

  • Detailed account performance analysis, ensuring buy in to strategies from retailers and senior TBB management.

We are looking for a very talented person who has the ability to join the senior management team going forward. This position will offer you autonomy, support, inclusion and the freedom to execute your own fabulous ideas.
