The Role:

The purpose of the Bid and Contract Coordinator is to manage the Enterprise and Government tender responses, and partnership opportunities. The role also provides oversight and support to the related contract arrangements, including supporting the Sales Team in complying with governance requirements and supporting Operations during onboarding of Enterprise and Government customers.

In addition, you will work with Product Managers to continue to evolve and enhance existing products that are provided to customers.

  • Working closely with the commercial manager, BA’s, product managers and the technical managers to respond to tenders and partnership opportunities and to manage the governance requirements of E& G customers.
  • Periodically, will assist with the development of new products, analysis of market opportunities and assist in the onboarding of key enterprise and government customers.
  • Additionally, participating in project management processes and teams as a representative of the E&G Business Unit. Assist in UAT for E&G products and solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and telephone and presentation.
  • Intermediate or advanced level of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).
  • University Degree in Business, Policy, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in technical solutions and concepts essential.

Additionally, you will ideally be able to demonstrate:

  • Background in telecommunications, government or large enterprise.
  • Experience or exposure to the bid and tendering process.
  • Sales experience - desirable but not essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
