Brisbane Motorcycles is one of Queensland's leading independent motorcycle dealerships. We have been established and family owned for over 21 years with two branches located in Windsor and Caboolture. As we move towards the future we are looking for a new member to join our highly successful sales team. This position of Dealer Principal / Sales Manager is for a person that would be looking to take a management step in their career. This is a full time position working a 5 day working week at our Windsor branch.
Naturally, we are seeking experienced automotive applicants with a broad knowledge of the motorcycle industry with a history of high achievement. A passion for motorcycles is a must. Strong communication skills are essential as your role is to provide leadership, training, and direction to the team members under your guidance.
As you would expect, a position of this importance attracts a remuneration package designed to reward, with monthly commission in place to reward both expected and exceptional performances. There is no cap on earnings. A remuneration package can be negotiated depending on the skills and experience of the applicant.
To secure this position you must have previous dealership experience as a sales manager, A current motor dealer sales person license or dealers license is required and a current motorcycle licence. You will be highly motivated, confident and organised with a great attention for detail and customer satisfaction. You must have the ability and desire to work as part of a team.
