Ecostar Double Glazing is one of Melbourne's leading home improvement companies, with an unrivalled record of success over the last 38 years. Ecostar's high quality European Double Glazed Windows and Doors are taking the Victorian market by storm.
Our Sales Appointment Confirmer will respond to incoming and outbound customer enquiries to arrange in-home quotations. You will also be confirming current bookings and help organise the diaries for our on-road Product Demonstrators. The work is fun and exciting and you would be part of a dynamic team.
You must have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience with CRM systems although not necessary
- Good problem solving and customer service skills
- A good work ethic- reliable, flexible and presentable
- Ability to work as part of a great team
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday with flexibility
- Customer service experience preferred
- Full working rights for Australia
The right candidate will be vibrant, hard working, outgoing and very sociable and fit in well with a team of young determined and motivated colleagues.
This is a full time role. Experience is not necessary but definitely an advantage. We are looking to fill the position with a long term applicant. Working holiday visa's will not be accepted.
