Description
Reporting into the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships across the independent and cafe channels. You will take charge of your territory work autonomously and plan your weeks effectively and efficiently. You will ensure in store promotional activities are achieved, manage and negotiate shelf space and most importantly achieve and exceed your sales targets. You will also be responsible for:
- New business
- Launching new product developments
- Identifying opportunities for brand exposure
- Be the face of the brand at all times
Profile
- A genuine interest in the beverage industry and a real passion to progress within the market
- Degree qualified with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills are essential
- Hunger for sales
- Motivated to make a difference to earn solid commission
