About The Company
Our client is a commercial cleaning business that has a very dominate presence in the Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast regions. This growing enterprise has a great and varied target market from Day Cares to Shops and Show Rooms. Our Clients commercial cleaning services will customise a cleaning schedule based on your business needs & budget. They pride themselves on asking the right questions to understand what is most important to a business, so that the cleaning consistently exceeds the expectations of the business.
About The position
Your new position will be a 70/30 split between New Business Development and Account Management respectively. The role will see you expanding on the current clients by acquiring new business by contacting hospitality venues, offices, shopping centres, medical centre's, residential spaces for high pressure cleaning, etc. With this target market you will then qualify the client to see if they are already using a commercial cleaning business, if yes, how can you beat the value they are currently getting. If no, explain the value of commercial cleaning through a great presentation based around solution selling. Once you have secured the client, you will then of course maintain and expand on that relationship as much as possible.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will be a hunter, and not be afraid to pick up the phone and acquire new business
- You may have experience selling into hospitality venue's whether that be alcohol, food, general supplies etc.
- You will have at least 2 years' experience in a hunting BDM Role
- You may have been a BDM or Account Manager in the commercial or residential cleaning industry
