ACCOUNT MANAGER – Mining & Industrial

A Noble & Son Ltd (Nobles) is a leading supplier and service provider of lifting and rigging solutions for the energy, resources, manufacturing and construction industries, with numerous branches throughout Australia.

An exciting opportunity now exists for a suitably qualified; results focussed and experienced professional to be instrumental in driving sales growth to both existing and new customers within the mining and industrial segments throughout Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Generate sales in line with the regional sales budget including travel to current and potential Nobles’ customers to maintain, develop, identify and generate new business.
  • Determine the short-term actions and key initiatives required to accomplish budgeted Gross Sales, Profit and Margin.
  • Leverage existing customer relationships and provide regular communication to customers for all of their requirements
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships in such a manner as to provide effective strategies to develop entire solutions for customers’ needs
  • Undertake any other activities in the work area as required from time to time

     

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Sales experience, with proven sales track record in mining and industrial markets
  • Contracts management and key account management experience
  • Key relationships and a great reputation within the mining and industrial segments
  • Qualifications in sales, marketing or business discipline.

    The remuneration package includes competitive salary, tool of trade vehicle, eligibility for Nobles Sales Incentive Plan and will reflect the accountabilities of the position and be negotiated in line with experience and skills.
